Why Summit Camps?

Summit Camps is truly a life-defining week! So what are Summit Camps? Summit Camps consist of two styles of camps that are a high energy, week-long camp. Summit Camp is a high-energy Christian camps for church youth groups (finished grades 6-12). Summit Mission Camp is a feet on the ground camp of serving the city of Casper, WY with the love of Jesus (finished grades 9-12).
Our camps are designed to strengthen and support existing youth ministries throughout the Mountain West States and beyond. Your students are led by a talented and Jesus-loving staff from all over the United States. The staff leads all aspects of the camp's programs, allowing youth ministers/leaders the opportunity to form closer relationships with their youth group throughout the week.

**Coming in 2026 - Summit Mission Camp**

Coming to the Summer of 2026, Summit Mission Camp in Casper, Wyoming, from June 29th–July 3rd. At Summit Mission Camp high school students (finished 9th-12th grade) and leaders will come together to serve, grow, and make an impact for Christ. Throughout the week, teams will partner with local non-profits to “serve those who serve,” lead engaging sports camps for kids, and bless the community through painting, yardwork, and other hands-on projects; all the while still enjoying some of your favorite aspects of Summit Camp.  Summit Mission Camp is more than a week of service—it’s a time to live out the gospel, build lasting relationships, and experience how God moves when we step out in faith to love our neighbors.

What is a typical day at Summit?

Summit Camp is filled with intentional moments to engage students just where they are in their relationship with Jesus. Each day kicks off with a "wake me up" A.M. Show full of high energy and ends with a crazy-fun Nite Life. All of those activities are fun, but the most important part of the day is when students dive deeper into the Bible through age-appropriate/interactive Bible studies in the morning and engaging worship experiences at night. Summit Missions Camp goes off camp grounds to spread the love of Jesus in the city of Casper, WY. At Summit Camp sprinkle in team building/adventure recreation and exciting Track Times like Paintball, U-Ball, Pickleball, Bubble Soccer, Artistic Minds, "Bored? Games", and Hiking throughout the day - and you have a Life Defining Week your students will never forget!

Summit Camp supports the spreading of the Gospel around the world by taking up a missions offering each year. Throughout the history of Summit, our camp has supported a church plant in Canada, an orphanage in Africa, camps in Wyoming and, currently, ministry in Kenya. In 2026, our missions offering is going towards the support of IMB Journeyman missionary: Lindsay Bergman. You can learn more about Lindsay's ministry in Kenya by scanning the QR code.
