What Is MTBA? Mt. Top is located on top of Casper Mountain, 8100 ft above sea level, in Wyoming. Camp season begins mid-June and the camp's gates are closed mid-September. Each summer the main gates at MTBA witnesses over 1,000 campers, leaders, and volunteers come onto the grounds. MTBA hosts a variety of different camps/retreats each summer for all age groups: Summit Camp (6th-12th Grades), Children's Camps (3rd-6th Grades), Hispanic Family Weekend Camp (whole family), Good News Children Camps (ages vary), and several retreats for different age groups.
What Can You Do at MTBA? Mountain Top is a rustic mountain-top camp with lots of woods and trails. We offer great amenities which include:

B-B Gun/Archery Range

How Are The Camps Organized? Each Camp is different and led by a different director. But, every Camp Staff seeks to help campers (from Wyoming and surrounding states) understand what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus and walk with Him daily. Each camp is a little different based on the design of the Program Director that organizes that particular camp. We ask that campers come with a church group and that each church provides 1 sponsor for every 5 campers. Since the camp can house up to 200 per week, each child can interact with other campers and staff easily during their organized activities and worship times.
Who Leads MTBA? MTBS is owned by the Wyoming Southern Baptists, governed by the MTBA Board of Trustees, and managed by the Executive Director.
